		<description>Justin, Yes, there is always something you can do in 10 minutes. I like you suggestion that you may have to watch less TV.  As you know, this issue comes up a lot in terms of exercise. People claim that they don&#039;t exercise because they don&#039;t have enough time. However, they seem to have plenty of time for sedentary pursuits, such as watching TV.  

Another benefit of claiming 10 minutes is that it gets you started on something important to you. And once you actually get started, the momentum will carry you on. It even works for doing things I don&#039;t enjoy but need to do.</description>

		<description>That is actually one of the main ways I&#039;ve been able to increase how many books I read a year. Though I would go in to more than just self-help. There are several lessons and inspirations that can be gotten from other genres as well. I&#039;m still trying to catch up on my classics.
